RADIATOR DESIGN:

The design of the radiator meets the requirements of EC.

To assemble sections into a single radiator, high-strength steel nipples and special graphite gaskets are used, which provide reliable tightness with different types of heat carriers at high temperatures and pressures.

The round construction of the steel plug with a protective anti-corrosion membrane is capable of ensuring the tightness of the section at a pressure of the heat-transfer fluid above 100 Bar.

Radiators assembled without plugs are painted in two stages: first, using anaphoresis method, and then with environmentally friendly powder enamels in an electrostatic field.
